Hello!

Where'd my people go? go go go go?

Anyone out there? there there there there?

Last year, about 280 people visited my blog per day.

This past January, about 130 per day.

Yesterday, it hovered around 50.

Today. less than 30, as of this post.

Hello!

Where'd my people go? go go go go?

Anyone out there? there there there there?

I'm still here! I wonder if viewing through a LJ feed makes this not show up as a stat unless people actually come here to reply.

That's cool how you got your words to fade into echo. Clever of you.

I am reading you in bloglines so you can't see me. You know I read you every day. I can't comment at work for some dumb reason - blogger won't let me see comments on the network. I have no idea why.

So, I wonder what's growing at a faster rate -- the number of children's lit blogs, or the number of folks reading these blogs. If it's the former, that may explain a lot (seeing as how there aren't any more hours in the day than there were last year)...

Dear Don! Sorry, I haven't been around as much these past three weeks but I'm not reading other blogs....been stuck with the GI doc getting to the bottom of things...but I didn't think that was a place anyone wanted to go online...no puns seriously intended...LOVE your blog, brotha!

I still read your blog. But usually through Google Reader, so perhaps that doesn't show up for you, unless I click through. I think that Chris has a valid point about the explosion in the number of kid lit blogs. While I would like to visit every one of them directly, instead of using a reader, it just isn't feasible anymore...

Have a great weekend!
